The people were nice, the food was great!!!
I love the breakfast omelette bar, our chef Tony, she’s the best. Her omelettes are so good and her hospitality is second to none!!! She went above and beyond to make us feel special.
There was hardly no entertainment, no shopping stores or market stores on location. The stairwells and elevators were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. No transportation to the airport included in the resort packages. Also cab fare was extremely expensive.

One of the best accommodations I’ve had EVER
The staff were very friendly! I felt cared for and attended to as soon as I stepped on the grounds. The food was great and the pools where clean. Everything was clean actually. This is one of the best resorts/hotels I’ve stayed at. I felt comfortable my whole stay.
The only thing I would like to see more of is more food options in the buffet.

The room and the Bouquet settings
Thou the privacy was good. We didn't know we had to let room service know 1. To restock the fridge 2. To clean out room When checking in this information was provided. After 2 days in we saw the card by the television which stated everything. But over all the experience was good. I would definitely come back
